Cupping Notes: Medium body, slightly nutty with fine acidity and a bright finish. Brown sugar and cinnamon notes with peaches, reminiscent of peach cobbler.
Additional Information: This coffee is grown by small to medium sized family farms in Peru’s high Amazon rain forest. All coffee is 100% Arabica and shade grown under native forest species. In addition to enhancing cup quality through abundant leaves that fertilize the soil, this practice preserves the habitats and ecosystems of migratory birds and other native animals. The Chanchamayo region is well known for having the finest coffee in Peru.
